On August 2-3, 2016, the Guardian Support Services office in Atlanta hosted the presidents from each of its 27 locally-owned pharmacies. This bi-annual event is an opportunity for Guardian’s presidents to share and gain insight on pharmacy happenings, new services offerings, and best practices.
Local pharmacy presidents and members of the Support Services team join together in Atlanta for the bi-annual Presidents’ Meeting.
This year’s topics included servicing regional and national accounts, new growth opportunities, and Guardian’s role in supporting the Senior Care Pharmacy Coalition (SCPC).
Guardian presidents and members of the Support Services team welcomed guest speaker Alan Rosenbloom, president and CEO of Senior Care Pharmacy Coalition (SCPC). Alan gave an in depth presentation covering the details and tactics of SCPCs advocacy campaign. In response, Guardian presidents and members of the Atlanta Support Services team have committed to personally and individually donate to the SCPC PAC in order to further SCPC’s efforts in Washington.
