Founded in 2004, Guardian was formed around a nucleus of leaders who have worked together with success since 1993. The senior management team combines clinical and institutional pharmacy experience with solid business skills.
The company is capitalized by its management and by individual investors including highly successful healthcare industry veteran Bill Bindley, former Chairman of Bindley Western and Priority Healthcare Services.
We have embarked on a path of steady growth, adding two to three partner pharmacies each year, through both merger and “greenfield” startup strategies. We now have partners throughout the southeastern United States, in Arizona, and in Maine, and continue to seek like-minded pharmacy partners who are looking for “a better way.”
