Over three sessions in January and February, supervisors from Southern Pharmaceutical Services completed a training session in Birmingham with the help of Phil Mooney, manager of human resources and organizational effectiveness at Guardian Pharmacy.

The program educates supervisors on practices to better serve customers and build a more service-oriented team. Some of the topics included performance management, recruiting the best talent, employment law and interpersonal communication.
