The directors of operations from each Guardian pharmacy gathered in Charlotte, North Carolina, for a meeting on June 19th.  The agenda covered topics such as utilizing software functionality, improving and upgrading pharmacy operating systems and measures to further efficiency and responsive capabilities to customer needs. Attendees had an opportunity to share best practices in a panel discussion and hear success stories from their colleagues.

For four days surrounding the meeting, experts from key software vendors also trained pharmacy teams on optimizing software functions, new features and upcoming enhancements. In addition, attendees engaged in open-dialogue sessions where they shared tips and experiences.
