Senior Care Pharmacy recently attended Integra’s 8th annual user training seminar in San Antonia, TX. Integra is a software company that specializes in the design and development of software systems. The seminar focused on product training, competitive strategy, trending issues and industry education.
Senior Care currently uses two of Integra’s prodcuts – DocuTrack and DeliveryTrack. DocuTrack is the leading workflow and content management solution that allows you to easily manage, organize and retreive documents instantly whether by searching a patient name, Rx number, date received and more, significantly reducing processing time. DeliveryTrack is a delivery management solution that provides electronic signature capture for enhanced compliance and electronic tracking of returns. It also has vehicle tracking and route optimization to make sure our customers are getting their orders efficiently.
At Senior Care, we strive to stay up-to-date on the newest technology so that we can offer our customers the best available products. Our teammates Jodi and Lisa were honored to attend the event, as it provided an opportunity for learning and networking with other pharmacy owners and staff.
