This strategic expansion completes the company’s Florida footprint enabling Guardian and its partner pharmacies to seamlessly serve the needs of specialty patients in assisted living and skilled nursing facilities, behavioral health group homes, Hospice and correctional institutions throughout the entire state.
Guardian pharmacies serve more than 35,000 patients nationally including more than 7,000 patients in 235 long-term care homes in Florida. Pharmacies in the state are located in Daytona, Jacksonville, Pompano Beach, Tampa and now, Crestview.
